山東省“十大返鄉創(chuàng )業(yè)農民工”大賽由省人力資源和社會(huì )保障廳發(fā)起，每年舉辦一次，今年是第五屆。大賽旨在貫徹落實(shí)“雙創(chuàng )”工作決策部署，助力打造鄉村振興齊魯樣板，進(jìn)一步激發(fā)優(yōu)秀農民工返鄉創(chuàng )業(yè)熱情。大賽采用組織推薦、組委會(huì )初評、實(shí)地考察和項目路演等多種方式進(jìn)行，獲評選手將獲得大賽證書(shū)及5萬(wàn)元獎勵，享受省級創(chuàng )業(yè)導師“一對一”創(chuàng )業(yè)輔導。符合條件的選手還可獲得創(chuàng )業(yè)擔保貸款支持，享受相關(guān)創(chuàng )業(yè)補貼等政策。

許樹(shù)立，中共黨員，無(wú)棣縣西小王鎮西黃村人，無(wú)棣縣人大代表，省牧草產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系無(wú)棣試驗站站長(cháng)、省科技特派員，先后被評為山東省優(yōu)秀黨務(wù)工作者、齊魯鄉村之星等榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號。獲得省市級科技獎9項、專(zhuān)利11個(gè)，發(fā)表論文4篇，制定標準3個(gè)，為農業(yè)領(lǐng)域科技成果轉化、打造鄉村振興齊魯樣板做出了突出貢獻。
