1月25日下午，山東省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃（農業(yè)良種工程）“耐鹽、高產(chǎn)苜蓿新品種培育”項目啟動(dòng)會(huì )在山東綠風(fēng)農業(yè)集團有限公司會(huì )議室召開(kāi)。會(huì )議由無(wú)棣縣科學(xué)技術(shù)局黨組副書(shū)記常洪巖主持。無(wú)棣縣政府副縣長(cháng)李斌和山東省農科院休閑農業(yè)研究所所長(cháng)王絳輝研究員分別致辭。項目主持人、山東省農科院休閑農業(yè)研究所黨總支副書(shū)記賈春林研究員，中國農業(yè)科學(xué)院北京畜牧獸醫研究所陳林研究員，山東綠風(fēng)農業(yè)集團有限公司副總經(jīng)理許樹(shù)立及項目承擔單位、合作單位相關(guān)成員共計10余人參加了會(huì )議。

會(huì )議開(kāi)始后，主持人首先介紹了與會(huì )領(lǐng)導專(zhuān)家。接著(zhù)由李斌副縣長(cháng)致歡迎辭。李斌首先對遠道而來(lái)的各位專(zhuān)家表示歡迎，對“耐鹽、高產(chǎn)苜蓿新品種培育”項目的啟動(dòng)表示祝賀。他強調，在鹽堿地上培育耐鹽、高產(chǎn)苜蓿新品種高度契合了總書(shū)記倡導的“分類(lèi)改造鹽堿地,推動(dòng)由主要治理鹽堿地適應作物向更多選育耐鹽堿植物適應鹽堿地轉變”的要求，具有很大的潛力。該項目總投資905萬(wàn)元，緊密對接行業(yè)增強蛋白的需求，科學(xué)落實(shí)大食物觀(guān)對對畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展有利的支撐。項目組要緊抓機遇，開(kāi)拓創(chuàng )新，持續加強核心技術(shù)攻關(guān)，確保項目高質(zhì)量完成。同時(shí)誠摯感謝各位專(zhuān)家給予綠風(fēng)公司多方指導，把技術(shù)送到田間地頭，增強了企業(yè)創(chuàng )新意識，把更多的創(chuàng )新成果在無(wú)棣落地、生根、開(kāi)花、結果。該項目技術(shù)路線(xiàn)明確、考核指標先進(jìn)、非常振奮人心，希望項目團隊盡早謀劃，多方協(xié)調和承接溝通，把項目落實(shí)好。項目的實(shí)施必將進(jìn)一步帶動(dòng)和促進(jìn)當地牧草產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展，對優(yōu)化農業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、提高農業(yè)科技創(chuàng )新能力和水平起到巨大的推動(dòng)作用。

He stressed that, the cultivation of new alfalfa varieties with high yield and salt tolerance on saline-alkali soil is highly in line with the request of“Transforming saline-alkali soil by classification and promoting the transformation from mainly managing saline-alkali soil to breeding more salt-tolerant plants to adapt to saline-alkali soil” advocated by the general secretary, has great potential. With a total investment of 9.05 million yuan, the project is closely linked with the demand for enhanced protein in the industry. The project team should seize the opportunity, explore and innovate, continuously strengthen the core technology to solve key problems, and ensure the project to be completed with high quality.   王絳輝在致辭中指出，該項目從科技廳成功立項，是三方合作共同努力及市縣科技部門(mén)大力支持的結果，來(lái)之不易，應當倍加珍惜，我們一定要嚴格按照合同任務(wù)書(shū)的要求，各負其責，認真落實(shí)。在項目實(shí)施過(guò)程中，各方更要加強合作，多聯(lián)系、多溝通、多交流，通過(guò)項目實(shí)施實(shí)現多方共贏(yíng)。今天項目啟動(dòng)正式開(kāi)始，也是一個(gè)良好的開(kāi)端，預祝項目啟動(dòng)會(huì )及項目實(shí)施圓滿(mǎn)完成。

  隨后項目主持人賈春林研究員介紹了項目總體部署情況和具體的實(shí)施方案，各項目課題負責人分別從研究目標、研究?jì)热?、技術(shù)路線(xiàn)、年度計劃、預期進(jìn)度、經(jīng)費管理等方面進(jìn)行匯報，與會(huì )人員就各課題技術(shù)路線(xiàn)、任務(wù)目標、具體措施、可能存在的問(wèn)題及下一步工作計劃等進(jìn)行了充分討論和交流，為確保項目順利實(shí)施奠定了良好基礎。最后，項目承擔單位共同簽署項目合同任務(wù)書(shū)。
