考察期間，公司副總經(jīng)理許樹(shù)立向劉院長(cháng)匯報了試驗基地建設情況以及公司的發(fā)展歷程。劉院長(cháng)對國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃項目無(wú)棣試驗基地建設以及綠風(fēng)公司所做的工作給予了充分的肯定和認可，同時(shí)根據實(shí)際情況提出了精準的指導意見(jiàn)：一是在作物種植管理方面，希望公司要抓住關(guān)鍵的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節，尤其在經(jīng)驗推廣、規?；故?、管理方案等技術(shù)方面要重點(diǎn)抓好落實(shí)；二是在鹽堿地治理方面還要進(jìn)一步做好，要注意通過(guò)配套技術(shù)來(lái)有效實(shí)施秸稈還田增加有機質(zhì)含量，保護性開(kāi)發(fā)利用鹽堿地，農科院統籌規劃把相關(guān)項目的技術(shù)方案落實(shí)到基地，每個(gè)方案都要具體化，爭取在3—5年內打造智慧化管理和鹽堿地綜合利用規?；故净?，達到根本治理的理想效果；三是在作物品種的更新?lián)Q代方面，要加大新品種的培育力度，比如小麥品種、青貯玉米品種等，要加快推動(dòng)品種創(chuàng )新和更新?lián)Q代，通過(guò)實(shí)驗推廣把表現優(yōu)良的品種選出來(lái)，把舊的品種逐步淘汰直至全部更新，真正讓廣大農戶(hù)種上產(chǎn)量高、品質(zhì)優(yōu)、抗逆性強的好品種，為保障國家糧食安全,促進(jìn)農民增收、農業(yè)增效做出積極貢獻。
